Builder's Story The Lofts at StoneSchool 29 E. 1st Avenue | Trappe, PA 19423 Builder’s Story Gorski Engineering, Inc., is a national award-winning Design-Build construction company serving Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The outdoor units for this project are being manufactured right here in the United States, with the indoor units produced in our brand-new, $500M manufacturing facility just outside of Houston. Variable-Speed Inverter Technology avoids the typical “peaks and valleys” of a traditional central A/C and heating system. The heat or cool won’t come on full blast for 20 minutes, get the room up to temperature, and then shut off as soon as it’s satisfied. These systems are designed to provide a constant volume of warm or cool air, allowing the end user the highest level of comfort and efficiency. Efficiency! Avoiding the power surges of the “peaks and valleys” means much greater overall energy efficiency. These systems are rated at SEER levels that are significantly higher than a typical split-system. Quiet Operation means these units are designed with overall performance at the forefront, which certainly includes quiet unit operation. Inverter compressors and sound blanketing found in the outdoor units and superior technology in the indoor units mean the units will operate at no more than a whisper throughout the day and night. Criteria To be included in this inventory, a shopping center must fit into the following criteria: • Has a supermarket as an anchor with at least two other stores connected to it • Has five or more stores with at least 30,000 square feet • Has any retail operation with a gross floor area of at least 60,000 square feet, including stand-alone stores Types of Centers The shopping centers are grouped into five categories. They are: Neighborhood Center, Community Center, Regional Center, Super Regional Center, and Big Box/Stand Alone Department Store. The guidelines for these categories are largely based on those established by the International Council of Shopping Centers. Each listing shows the shopping center’s map location, name, street location, major tenants (if any), approximate number of tenants, gross floor area (in square feet), year constructed, and type of center. The data comes primarily from recorded plans and records kept by the Montgomery County Board of Assessment Appeals, and has been supplemented by Montgomery County Planning Commission staff knowledge, knowledge of municipal officials, and several field checks.

Upper Providence is located on the western border of Montgomery County, within minutes of major highways such as the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Routes 202 and 422, and Interstates 476 and 76. Residents of the township have easy access to wonderful restaurants, the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, and many historical centers. The Valley Forge National Historical Park and King of Prussia Mall are two of the local attractions which are conveniently located just minutes from Riverside at Providence.
