Undertaking for Payment of Net Present Value (NPV) of Forest Area

It is to certify that we, NHAI, have applied for diversion of 13.944 ha of forest area for the purpose of development of 8 lane Greenfield highway (excess control) Section of NH-148N from Diversion of forest land for Development of 8 lanes (Greenfield Highway) from Itawa (Ch. Km 284.000) to after Chambal River near Durjanpura village at (Ch. Km 349.000) Section of NH-148 N in Sawai Madhopur, Tonk, Bundi & Kota district of Rajasthan. The proposed alignment is passing through the Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa and Sawaimadhopur district in the state of Rajasthan.

We, hereby, undertake to pay the net present value (NPV) of the above forest land. We also undertake to pay the additional amount of NPV, if so determined as per the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
