They also authorize the decisions of Board of Directors, Functional Directors and External Advisors for growth of the organization. The Executive Committee directly interface with Project Management Teams and Developmental Teams in the organization in implementing Projects and Programs for achieving organization’s mission and objectives effectively, besides responsible for handling Human Resources, Financial, Legal and administrative matters. He is instrumental in forming school alumni groups in various villages for the development of the schools with the support of ex-students and engaging the local communities to contribute to “V-kid Educational Fund” for meeting the educational needs of poor children in villages. He started his career serving the common people providing insurance services in villages. Later, worked as Trade Union Leader in industry and at present serving as Constituency Development Member besides running his own business in Hyderabad. He is a great humanist extending his all-out support in the form of his time and money for supporting needy children and communities in rural areas on PARD INDIA platform for the last several years. An young Engineer with Masters in Technology, has chosen his career path in social services rather than entering into the corporate world, with a conviction to serve the society. He has been associated with PARD INDIA since 2015 and has undertaken various initiatives supporting the physically challenged students, juveniles and poor communities in and around Eluru city. He is instrumental in shaping our “Village Knowledge Center Program” through organizing Career Guidance Classes to various students. He is committed to develop our organization in terms of strong teams and setting up of new branch office in Eluru city serving surrounding villages, expanding base of coordination with the government organizations in Eluru city.     Compliance of survey report on the status and incidence of new invasive Rugose Spiralling Whitefly (RSW) on Coconut and other crops in Andhra Pradesh In compliance to the instructions issued by PPA/APPA(IPM), DPPQ&S, Faridabad to conduct survey to ascertain the existence and spread of Rugose spiralling whitefly (RSW) - Aleurodicus rugioperculatus in coconut plantations and other host plants such as banana, mango, guava, other palms and ornamentals in various places of coastal regions of A.P. In this context, Shri.M.K.Sankar Rao, PPO(E) and Dr.R.Senthil, APPO(PP), CIPMC, Vijayawada has conducted a survey on the incidence and spread of Rugose spiralling whitefly (RSW) on coconut crop in coastal regions of Neeladripuram, Kommugudem, chikkala, kurukuru, Pallantla, Korumamidi, Tadimalla, Kalvalapalli, and Kadiyapulanka, Rajahmundry, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh state and adopted the advisory measures for management of RSW in coconut during 17th – 18 th February, 2018. Survey Route: In order to assess the incidences of invasive Rugose spiralling whitefly (RSW) on coconut, the following survey routes were chalked out. Survey Route for Day - I (17.02.2018): • Vijayawada – Eluru – Tadepalligudem- Neeladripuram - Kommugudem – Chikkala- Kurukuru - Pallantla - Korumamidi – Tadimalla – Kalvalapalli - Chagallu - Rajahmundry- Kadiyapulanka Survey Route for Day – II (18.02.2018) • Rajahmundry - Kovvuru – Deverapalli – Yernagudem- Nallajerla- Bhimadolu – Eluru -Vijayawada Survey Methodology: • Random selection of Coconut & oil palm gardens in every 10 kms (Approx) were made for observation of damage symptoms of RSW. In each garden approximately 5 trees were randomly selected for observations such as frond infestation, Population of RSW adult, Natural Enemy complex and Alternate Hosts etc.
