Kenya: Mandera and Wajir Conflict Response Updates (as of 15 July 2013) Inter-communal conflict between the Garre and Degodia clans in Mandera and Wajir Counties has left over 91 people dead and over 52,000 others displaced since March 2012. ! 1 ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
