अतः, अब, केLीय सरकार, पयाϕवरण (संरϓण ) िनयम, 1986 के िनयम 5 के उपिनयम (3) के साथ पƗठत पयाϕवरण (संरϓण ) अिधिनयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) कƙ धारा 3 कƙ उपधारा (1) उपधारा (2) के खंड (v) और खंड (xiv) और उपधारा (3) ůारा Oदē शिŎयĪ का Oयोग करते ćए , कनाϕटक राϤय मĞ मेलूकोटे वयजीव अभयारय कƙ सीमा से 1.0 Ƙकलोमीटर से 4.30 Ƙकलोमीटर तक के ϓेJ को मेलूकोटे वयजीव अभयारय पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन (िजसे इसमĞ इसके प चात् पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन कहा गया है) के Đप मĞ अिधसूिचत करती है, िजसके यौरे िनƄानुसार हġ, अथाϕत् :-- 1. पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन काकाका िवतार औरऔरऔर उसकƙ सीमाएं--(1)पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन मĞ कुल भौगोिलक ϓेJफल 133.88 वगϕ Ƙकलोमीटर (अिधसूिचत वन और समझे गए वन ϓेJĪ सिहत) है मेलूकोटे वयजीव अभयार य कƙ सीमा 1.0 Ƙकलोमीटर से 4.30 Ƙकलोमीटर है सीमाĸ का वणϕन उपाबंधउपाबंध----IIII मĞ Ƙदया गया है । (2) अϓांश और देशांतर रेखा के साथ -साथ पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन कƙ सीमा के यौरे मानिचJ उपाबंधउपाबंध----IIIIIIII के Đप मĞ उपा बŵ है । (3) मेलूकोटे वयजीव अभयारय कƙ सीमाĸ के Oमुख िबदुĸ के भू- िनदğशांक और पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन कƙ सीमाएं उपाबंध IIIIIIIII के ďप मĞ उपाबŵ है । (4) पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन के अतगϕत आने वाले गांवĪ कƙ सूची 74 तथा अिधसूचना वन और डी ड वन ϓेJĪ का वणϕन उपाबंध IIIVIVVV के ďप मĞ उपाबŵ है 222.2... पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोनजोनजोन केकेके िलए आंचिलक महायोजना ––– (1) राϤय सरकार, पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन के Oयोजन के िलए राजपJ मĞ इस अिधसूचना के Oकाशन कƙ तारीख से दो वषϕ कƙ अविध के भीतर, थानीय ƆिŎयĪ के परामशϕ से और इस अिधसूचना मĞ Ƙदए गए अनुबंधĪ का पालन करते ćए आंचिलक महायोजना तैयार करेगी। (2) राϤय सरकार ůारा पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन के िलए आचंिलक महायोजना ऐसी रीित मĞ इस अिधसूचना म Ğ िविनƠदϕ ट Ƙकए गए अनुसार तथा सुसंगत कĞLीय और राϤ य िविधयĪ के अनुďप और कĞLीय सरकार ůारा जारी मागϕिनदğशĪ, यƘद कोई हĪ, ůारा तैयार होगी । (3) आंचिलक महायोजना, पाƗरिथितकƙ और पयाϕवरणीय बातĪ को समाकिलत करने के िलए राϤ य सरकार के सभी संबŵ िवभागĪ के परामशϕ से तैयार होगी, अथाϕत्:-- (i) पयाϕवरण ; (ii) वन और वयजीव; (iii) कृिष और बागवानी ; (iv) राज व ; (v) नगर िवकास; (vi) पयϕटन सिहत पाƗरिथितकƙ पयϕटन; ¹Hkkx II µ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 (vii) =ामीण िवकास; (viii) ƚसंचाई और बाढ़ िनयंJण ; (ix) नगरपािलका और शहरी िवकास; (x) पंचायती राज; (xi) लोक िन माϕण िव भाग। (4) आंचिलक महायोजना अनुमोƘदत िवźमान भू-उपयोग, अवसंरचना और Ƙ;याकलापĪ पर कोई िनबİधन तब तक अिधरोिपत नहĕ करेगी जब तक Ƙक इस अिधसूचना मĞ इस Oकार िविनƠदϕ ट न हो और आचंिलक महायोजना सभी अवसंरचना और Ƙ;याकलापĪ मĞ अिधक दϓ और पाƗरिथितकƙ अनुकूल होने के िलए संवधϕन करेगी। (5) आंचिलक महायोजना मĞ अनाϢछाƘदत ϓेJĪ के जीणīŵार , िवźमान जल िनकायĪ के संरϓण , आवाह ϓेJĪ के Oबंधन , जल-संभरĪ के Oबंधन , भू जल के Oबंधन , मृदा और नमी संरϓण , थानीय समुदायĪ कƙ आवयकताĸ तथा पाƗरिथितकƙ और पयाϕवरण से संबंिधत ऐसे अय पहलुĸ, िजन पर यान देना आवयक है, के िलए उपबंध हĪगे । (6) आंचिलक महायोजना सभी िवźमान पूजा थलĪ, =ामĪ और नगरीय बंदोबतĪ, वनĪ के Oकार और ƘकमĪ , कृिष ϓेJĪ , ऊपजाऊ भूिम, हƗरत ϓेJ जैसे उźान और उसी Oकार के थान, उźान कृिष ϓेJ , फलोउźान, झीलĪ और अय जल िनकायĪ का अ यकंन करेगी और इस योजना के मानिचJ के साथ िवźमान और Oतािवत भूिम उपयोग िवशेषताĸ का िववरण संलŐ होगा । (7) आंचिलक महायोजना पाƗरिथितकƙ संवेदी जोन मĞ िवकास को िविनयिमत करेगी और सारणी मĞ सूचीबŵ Oितिषŵ, िविनयिमत Ƙ;याकलापĪ का पालन करेगी तथा थानीय समुदायĪ कƙ आजीिवका सुरϓा के िलए, पाƗरिथितकƙ अनुकूल िवकास सुिनि चत करेगी तथा संवƞधϕत करेगी। (8) आंचिलक महायोजना ϓेJीय िवकास योजना कƙ सह िवतारी होगी । (9) इस Oकार अनुमोƘदत आंचिलक महायोजना इस अिधसूचना के उपबंधĪ के अनुसार मानीटरी के अपने कृयĪ को करने के िलए मानीटरी सिमित के िलए एक संदभϕ दतावेज होगी । 3.

The collections exhibited here include paintings from the famed Travancore ruler, Raja Ravi Varma, the Russian painter Svetoslav Roerich and many paintings of the Mysore painting style.

Their abundance and composition are of Zoology, JSS College of Arts, ecological importance, as they are biological indicator sensitive organisms. They acts as main sources of Commerce and Science Ooty food for many fishes and plays an important element in early detection and monitoring the water Road, Mysuru, Karnataka, India pollution. Collection of Zooplanktons was carried out from two different water bodies (Akka and Tangi Pond) using planktonic net of mesh size 25µ. The plankton was fixed using 4% formalin and Lugol’s KS Raghunandan iodine solution. Observations were done under Leica Stereozoom Microscope (LX21M). Identification of Assistant Professor, Zooplanktons was carried out with an aid of taxonomic keys and scientific literatures. The prepared Postgraduate Department of Checklist revealed total of 28 different species of Zooplanktons, out of which Rotifers are dominated Zoology JSS College of Arts, (47.3%) with 15 species followed by Copepods (36.5%), Cladocera (11%) and Ostracods (5.2%) Commerce and Science Ooty respectively. The rule of Kadambas, the Chalukyas, Gangas, Rashtrakutas, Hoysalas, Vijayanagar rulers, the Bahamanis of Gulbarga and Bidar, Adilshahis of Bijapur, Mysore Wodeyars, the Keladi rulers, Haider Ali and Tipu Sultan and the rule of British Commissioners have left behind Forts, Magnificient Palaces, Temples, Mosques, Churches and beautiful works of art and architecture in Karnataka. The fauna and flora, the National parks, the animal and bird sanctuaries provide a sight of wild animals like elephants, tigers, bisons, deers, black bucks, peacocks and many species in their natural habitat. A rich variety of flora like: aromatic sandalwood, pipal and banyan trees are abundantly available in the State. The river Cauvery, Tunga, Krishna, Kapila – enrich the soil of the land and contribute to the State’s agricultural prosperity. The water falls created by the rivers are a feast to the eyes of the outlookers. Historical bakground: Karnataka is a land with rich historical past. It has many pre-historic sites and most of them are in the river valleys. The samples collected were analyzed for various physical properties that is form, colour, streak, lustre, cleavage, fracture, hardness, specific gravity, chemical composition. Among all these minerals quartzite and mica minerals are abundant and can be extracted economically. The rocks undergone physical, chemical, biological, weathering. Chemical weathering processes are among the most fundamental natural processes operating at and near the surfaces of earth [1]. These rocks are not suitable for construction. By the study of pediments near the new tank project, shows that Kaveri river is dried.

Hosangadi, Kannur University, India The Asian Conference on Literature 2017 Official Conference Proceedings Abstract History speaks on sculptures and silent on sculptors; whereas folktales take contradictory position towards this phenomenon. The folktales, Myths and legends on sculptors of south India narrate the dark shades of the life of sculptors. The present paper is intended to explore the tales from south India and hypothetically propose the four processes occurring in the narration of these stories: 1. Demonisation 2.Suppression 3.Marginalisation 4.Devaluation. So far, intensive studies have been carried out on the South Indian sculptures in scholarly texts. The major works have concentrated on the aesthetic elements of the sculptures rather than sculptors. So, finding the colossal void, present paper would discuss the narration. The paper is confined to the mythology of Thvastr-Vishwaroopa in Sanskrit and legends of Jakkana - Dankana in Kannada, Shambhu Kalkuda - Beera Kalkuda in Tulu, Raman Perunthacchan-Kannan Perunthacchan in Malayalam. These are the major mythological and legendary characters. The paper would use folktales, Myths and legends as primary sources and history works as secondary sources and it also would examine the adaptations of the folktales into theatrical, performing art form and cinematic works. A fraction between the history and the legend is observed: historians have started questioning the very existence of these legendary sculptors and at the same time, folklorists are placing the counter points. Reading the reflections over each other would provide the multiple layers of meanings.
