Focus more on a great small plates, sandwich, apps and soup options more than full entrees. Have a few across proteins, pasta, veggie. However, keep them to a few and pepper in special nights or announced in advance specials. Steak night, pasta night, bbq or burger night. Sea- sonal fish night, cultural nights (Southern US, Thai/Viet, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Korean bbq, Italian). Entrees never seem to be worth the money and people really seem to be gravitating to smaller plates with complex and more interesting flavors. Eg. Seared ahi over basmati rice and with a wasabi or soy glaze. Nothing stuffy. Just complex flavors and balanced.

Good fall option. Loved chef Roberts potato crusted sea bass if any one can replicate that one. Really appreciate seasonal variety. Keep a few good basics but at least one seasonal option."

What Dinner Main Entrées and Sandwiches offerings would you hope to see on the new Citico’s menu?

Traditional American and bistro type selections (salmon, steak, chicken, pork, etc, prepared various ways). Sandwiches, typical varieties you can buy when eating out (Reubens, burgers, wraps, grilled cheese).

Hamburgers, steaks, pasta dishes, chicken sandwiches/dishes

it's not the entrees that cause people not to come. The restaurant is trying to be too upscale Most members might go for a special occasion but would travel to other restaurants for the vast majority of dining out. I've been here for a year and I've had dinner out 2-3 times each week with members. I't's never been suggested to go to Citico's. It's been described to me to be too "foo foo" "PIzza Ribs Grilled Chicken"
