9 Local routes Follow the Plym Valley cycle trail through woodland and open countryside. The route starts from Marsh Mills roundabout near Plymouth and is suitable for the whole family. 10 National Cycle Network The nearest National Cycle Network Route 28 runs from Okehampton to Plymouth. You could also follow Route 2 that 8 Local routes runs from Dover to St Austell. The southern tip of Dartmoor is perfect trekking country - the ground is relatively level and exposed making it suitable for different levels of ability.
