The 9:30am - 11:30am at CVL 12 week (2 day per week) programme will focus on confidence building, learning Every Thursday new skills and reducing isolation. Meals, childcare and transport included, for more 11am - 12noon at Thorntree Hub information contact; [email protected] The ‘You’ve Got This’ pilot is a community-based initiative looking at increasing physical activity levels of residents within Brambles Farm & Thorntree. The programme aims to engage with local people to help them become more active and to continue to encourage those people who already are. The pilot will work with communities and organisations to promote the benefits of leading a more active and healthy lifestyle and to support new opportunities to get involved within the place they live. The pilot is to work within Brambles Farm & Thorntree over the next few years and allow community members to tell us what is important to them, and what is important to Brambles Farm & Thorntree. Not only does the ‘You’ve Got This’ pilot want to create more opportunities to get outside and exercise more, it wants to create happier and healthier places to live too.
