Teachers' Day 2018 Regional Partner S u m m i t Roadshow at L&T

Teachers Day 2018, was The first Regional Partner Summit eVidyaloka conducted its 1st celebrated with a mentoring (RPS) was conducted in 6 states. We have conducted 19198 We have successful signed up 17.3% of our students have sessions, impacting 10728 2625 volunteers, and oriented scored above 90%, 31.4% students with 662 active 1244 volunteers. 848 TDS are between 90-70%, volunteers engaging in 772 booked and on-boarding of 29.1% between 70-50% and active offerings. 765 volunteers is completed. only 22.2% scored below 50%.

eVidyaloka Report - Q3 2018 Top Highlights

1st Term Assessment - The assessment was a combination of testing subject knowledge along with positive behavioral traits, such as self-confidence, attitude, responsibilities, attentiveness, curiosity, courteousness and many more.

Science Exhibition 2018 at Koymara, , where students from 7 schools had participated. A fun filled initiative that showcased the talent and interest of students in making scientific models.

Guest Sessions - We conducted multiple guest sessions by Microsoft employees and IPS officers on trending topic outside the basic curriculum to nurture a holistic education in students.

Regular Parent & Teachers Meet - We started our regular online PTM to involve parents in their child's education and communicate the positive effects of education. We also introduced the 'Star of the Month' reward system to acknowledge the efforts, performance and improvements of our star students.

Student Leader Development Program - We initiated the SLDP to encourage and spread awareness on the importance of management and leadership skills with various interesting initiatives taken by the children.

19 New Schools - We started new schools in various states, 10 in , 2 is , 1 in , 1 in and 5 in . Chargali school in Purulia, West Bengal was covered by Doordarshan on our Digital Classroom platform.

eV Academy developed & trained 26 participants in 3 courses, Technology in Education, eVidyaloka Service Delivery Model, & Jupiter Platform in , Maharashtra, and Uttarakhand. Quality control audits for process adherence & data captured on Jupiter were conducted in 60 out of 167 centers

Coming Up 2019 • Solar powered digital classroom project to be installed for 10 schools with 40 community members • Partnership with APSWREIS (AP Govt Social Welfare Residential schools) on extending eVidyaloka platform • CSR networking and corporate volunteering initiative through Rubaru 2019 • eVidyaloka students to participate in The National Student Innovation Challenge 2019 • Year end assessment for the year 2018-2019
