REFEREES AND JUDGES 1 Referee and judge (AIBA 1-2-3 star) - mandatory. All national associations sending their teams with 4 or more competitors are obliged to send a referee & judge. REQUIREMENTS: Each team delegation must bring the following national flag 0.8x1,4 m and a national state anthem, cut USB and CD. All Boxers must bring the following items to the General Weigh-In: o AIBA International Record Book and medical exams up to date o Current and valid Passport Boxer’s Uniform: o Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform o The colors of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with AIBA Technical and Competition Rules THE COMPOSITION OF THE OFFICIAL DELEGATIONS Not limited TRANSPORTATION All participants are responsible for their travel expenses to and from Sombor. The organizers can move teams an Airport “Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade, the cost of transportation from the airport to Sombor 182 km, and back is 45 € per person. The organising can move teams an airport “Liszt Ferenc” in Budapest, the cost of transportation from the airport to Sombor 253km, and back is 75 € per person. Organizing local transport from the hotel to the Sports Hall and back cost of the local organizer of the committed. ACCOMMODATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE OVER THE ORGANIZER: Hotel Andrić**** participations will be accommodated on their own cost in amount 55€ per person per day (accommodation with 3 meals) in double rooms. If participants want to be in single rooms, they must paid 65€ per day (accommodation with 3 meals). Hotel “Knez Petrol”***, Guesthouse “Karibo”***, Vila “Tamara“***, Guesthouse “Piccolina”****, Hotel “Old Brick”***, Apartments “Galea”, Guesthouse “Stari Slon” participations will be accommodated on their own cost in amount 45€ per person per day (accommodation with 3 meals) in double rooms and triple rooms. If participants want to be in single rooms, they must paid 55€ per day (accommodation with 3 meals). School dorm “Sombor” and School dorm ”Apatin”, participations will be accommodated on their own cost in amount 35€ per person per day (accommodation with 3 meals) in double, triple and four rooms. If participants want to be in single rooms, they must paid 45€ per day (accommodation with 3 meals). All delegates must mix the bits organizers and must pay for all days of the tournament. MEDICAL CARE Tanizer will provide medical care and first-aid during the entire event to all participants who suffer from a sports injury contracted during the event. MEDALS AND DIPLOMS A Gold medal will be awarded to the winner in each weight category, a silver medal to the runner-up. Bronze medals will be awarded to both semi-finalists. All those who have medals receive their diplomas. VISA Those countries, who need entry visa to Serbia should contact Serbian Embassy in their countries.     Water treatment plant in Vrsac A total of 6 million euros will be set aside for the construction of a drinking water treatment plant in Vrsac. An agreement on a loan and the project funding was signed today in Belgrade. The agreement is part of the Program of Water Supply and Sewerage in Medium-sized Municipalities in Serbia, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in association with the Government of Germany and the German DEvelopment Bank (KfW) for the fourth consecutive year. The total value of that program, which covers 16 municipalities in Serbia with a total of over 1.5 million inhabitants, is 89.4 million euros, and the funds are provided from a donation and a loan. Implementation of the first part of the program started in 2008 in Kraljevo, Loznica, Pancevo, Sabac, Smederevo, Sombor, Sremska Mitrovica, and Vrsac. After the agreement was signed, Minister of Economy Nebojsa Ciric said to the press that that document was very significant for Vrsac. – This is a concrete example of assistance provided by the German government and KfW to Serbia, that is, the local self-government – he said and added that 60 percent of the funds were provided from a loan, while the rest came from a donation. He added domestic construction companies would be hired for the construction. German Ambassador Wolfram Maas stated that that project proved the intentions of Germany to support Serbia on its path to the EU. – We insist on making that assistance beneficial to each citizen, and the best way to do that is by helping the supply of water, electricity and heating energy – Mr.

    09-15 OCT 2017 UNHCR SERBIA UPDATE HIGHLIGHTS AND STATISTICS . On 15 October, 4,275 new refugees, asylum-seekers and migrants were counted in Serbia, of which 3,855 were housed in 18 governmental centres (below chart as well as our Joint Assessment of Government Centres refer). Authorities made further excellent progress in school-enrolment: Some 85% of 7-14 year old refugee, asylum- seeking and migrant children attended classes, of which 430 attended public primary schools while some 70 were schooled inside the Transit Centres (TCs) of Sombor, Subotica or Kikinda. Some efforts are also being made to enrol children over 14 years of age into secondary schools. During the week, the authorities closed all remaining temporary emergency shelters (rub-halls and tents) in the TCs of Adasevci, Principovac, Sombor and Kikinda, and relocated all men and boys who had been accommodated therein into more solid long-term shelters. Additionally, they transferred some 50 unaccompanied and separated boys, who had been accommodated in Adasevci TC, to Krnjaca Asylum Centre (AC) and 112 men and boys who were camping outside centres near Sid to the Presevo Reception Centre (RC). UNHCR and partners continued assisting high numbers of 244 newly arrived asylum-seekers (compared to 272 last week). Sample profiling of a group of 118 new arrivals in Belgrade, showed that 40% were women and children and 60% men, that most fled Iraq (29%) or Afghanistan (24%) only one-three weeks ago and reached Serbia through Bulgaria (59%) and/or fYR Macedonia (35%). On 10 October, on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, UNHCR partner Psychosocial Innovation Network (PIN) presented its Study on mental health of refugees in Serbia to partners and the media (for more details please see PIN's FB post.) .

The reserve is part of large marshland complex and represents one of the last large floodplains on the ground of the European continent. Getting into consideration the natural conditions, production resources, the structure of agricultural production and related activities, and environmental, infrastructural and social conditions in which these economic activities take place, formed the basis for research on the Upper Danube. For research purposes, this field is viewed in the broader context of the administrative area includes the city of Sombor and Municipalities: Apatin, Bač and Bačka Palanka. On the other hand, from the perspective of the enlargement process of the European Union (EU), derived for our country and the importance of capital investment for sustainable development imposed by the need to analyze the economic efficiency of investment in agriculture. Accordingly, the research activity is conducted within the boundaries of the analysis of investments in agriculture in the Upper Danube. By adopting the Kyoto Protocol and implementing its mechanisms, it is expected that the use of conventional energy sources shall stabilise and decrease on global level. The European Union’s legal framework, through its appropriate directives, sets very clear objectives for the use of renewable energy sources for member states. Serbia is a country with significant potentials in renewable energy sources, which are, regretfully, underused. Renewable energy source potentials are featured by very favourable indicators in matters of both capacity and distribution. The status is especially favourable in the field of geothermal energy potentials in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, situated in the Pannonian Basin, where there are significant sources of this fuel. The paper presents the basic forms and characteristics of renewable energy sources in Serbia and provides an overview of the possibilities for their use. Slavko Večerin was born on 6 June 1957 in Subotica-Palić, in the diocese of Subotica. After his high school examinations he entered the major seminary of Zagabria, as a student for the diocese of Subotica. He was ordained a priest on 14 August 1983, and incardinated in the diocese of Subotica. He carried out his priestly ministry as parish vicar in the parish of the Holy Trinity in Sombor (1983 to 1985), and as parish administrator of the parish of Saint Paul in Bač, also with responsibility for the pastoral care of the villages of Deronje and Tovariševo (1985-1991). He was subsequently appointed as spiritual father of the Paulinum minor seminary of the diocese of Subotica, and archivist of the diocesan Curia, also holding the office of administrator of the parish of Saint Roch in Subotica (1991-1994). From 1994 to 2005 he was secretary to the bishop of Subotica. He also served as parish priest of the parish of Saints Peter and Paul in Bajmok (1998-2008).
