Churchyard clear-up We wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a Healthy, Peaceful, and Prosperous New Year!! A big thank you to all those who have generously worked hard transforming the nd churchyard over the last two months – it has made an amazing difference. Our last event of 2016 takes place on Friday 2 December in the Village Hall and follows a similar pattern to last year’s Victorian Christmas but is set a few hundred Carol Service years earlier!! Women’s Institute An evening of Sea Songs and Shanties will transport us back to the days of sail. Kimber’s Men are, perhaps, the finest exponents of these songs, although we hope Thursday 15th December at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. Come and enjoy a Pudding they will not succeed in singing up a real storm for their visit!! Tasting evening with a drink, Christmas Quiz, and music to sing along with.
