Roll Call will be at 8:00 AM From US-22 East - Follow US-22 to Steubenville, OH crossing the Veterans Memorial Bridge (over the Ohio River) stay to the right on the bridge and follow signs to State Rt. 7 South. Follow State Rt. 7 South approximately 5.7 miles to the New Alexandria/Smithfield exit for State Rt. 151. Turn right off the exit and follow State Rt. 151 for approximately 10.5 miles. Turn right onto County Road 23/Smithfield Rd. and go approximately 0.4 mile. Take a sharp right hand turn onto Friendship Park Road (past covered bridge) and follow road 0.4 mile where the road make a left up the hill. From I-70 East/West - Take Exit 225 for State Rt. 7N.
