Moderator: Jonathan David Neal, composer and Recording Secretary of the SCL Eric Palmquist, President, Recognition Songs and Past President of the CCC Panelists: Miriam Cutler, Emmy nominated composer best known for her work in documentaries, most recently The Hunting Ground. She has also co-produced two Grammy-nominated live jazz albums, and is a longtime SCL board member. Lolita Ritmanis, ten time Emmy nominated composer. A protégée of Shirley Walker (one of the first well-recognized female film composers) her credits include Batman Beyond, Spectacular Spider-Man and Teen Titans. Adryan Russ, composer and lyricist who writes for theater, film, television and recordings. Her work has played off-Broadway at New York’s Cherry Lane as well as theaters across the country and in Europe. She also serves on the board of the SCL. Starr Parodi, composer and pianist whose work includes TV, film and trailers for such Hollywood blockbusters as James Bond, Mission Impossible & Harry Potter. Copyright Update! Join us to hear about this significant deal and the potential impact it has on composers.
