Caigary AB T2P 0X8 Dear Sir/Madame: RE: LETTER OF COMMENT — ENBRIDGE NORTHERN GATEWAY PIPELINE PROJECT We are pleased to provide this Letter of Support for the Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline Project. Our Council unanimously approved this Letter at our Regular Council Meeting of January 10, 2012; we welcome the opportunity to provide written evidence for the regulatory process now being conducted by a Joint Review Panel of the National Energy Board and the Canadian Environmental Agency. If approved, we believe that the Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline Project will have a positive and far reaching impact, contributing to sustained economic growth in, not only in our region, but also in other parts of Alberta and the Country. The Town of Bonnyville Council recognizes how essential it is to develop other oil customers and earn a fair price for our oil. The new capital investment and other spending will mean thousands of construction jobs, which will be followed by numerous operational jobs, helping sustain employment for years into the future. Enbridge’s projections of generating 62,700 person years of employment across Canada ($4.3 billion in labour income), 1,150 long term jobs and $68 million in total labour income annually, is impressive. -

Board Meeting Highlights March 16, 2019 This summary is designed to keep you informed about Peace Library System (PLS) activities and Board decisions. It is distributed to member councils, library boards and the PLS Board of Directors after each Board meeting. Present: The Board reviewed the 2018 financial picture prior to audit. Prior to Carolyn Kolebaba, Chair Northern Sunrise County amortization and audit adjustments, a surplus of about $143,000 is Gena Jones Town of Beaverlodge forecast. This includes $100,000 previously budgeted for capital Ann Stewart Big Lakes County reserves. The additional $43,000 surplus is largely due to staffing Denise Joudrey Birch Hills County changes and higher interest income. The entire surplus will be Peter Frixel Clear Hills County transferred to capital reserves for future technology, building, furniture Ray Skrepnek MD of Fairview and vehicle needs. Pick up your copy at the County Admin Building or at our Public Works Facility. 2020 PHOTO CONTEST BEGINS FEBRUARY 1 Theme: The activities and games we play in Stettler County. In 2021 Edmonton and Red Deer will be playing host to the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships (December 26, 2020-January 5, 2021). Leading up to those games we thought it would be fun to focus on the fun and sometimes unusual rural activities, and games we play in Stettler County! This could include traditional games like hockey, rodeo and curling, to the untraditional and creative fun activities we come up with, to cut into the monotony of everyday work and chore-life in rural Alberta. As always, your submissions must be photos taken within the County of Stettler. Our 2020 Photo Contest will occur throughout the year. Participants are invited to submit up to three (3) photos per SEASON. Following are the dates and submission deadlines: WINTER: February 1- March 31 SPRING: April 1 - June 20 SUMMER: June 22 - September 8 FALL: September 8 - November 2 Please note - your photos do not have to be taken during the above timelines, the timelines simply outline the submission ‘opening’ and ‘deadline’ for that season. -
