TRAIL MAGIC: THE GRANDMA GATEWOOD STORY -- nominated for an Emmy! We are so honored and excited to announce that TRAIL MAGIC: THE GRANDMA GATEWOOD STORY has been nominated for an Emmy!

Thank you to everyone who helped get Emma to the top of THIS mountain!

Grandma Gatewood climbs another mountain! When Emma Gatewood left Gallipolis, Ohio to hike the 2,050-mile by herself in 1955, she probably never expected all the "fuss and hoopla" that came with her accomplishment. When we started our project to document her life in 2009, we never expected that we would come this far!

Director, Peter Huston and writer Kelly Boyer Sagert told her story in a compelling fashion with the help of A LOT of people over the years. It's been our Appalachian Trail!
