Punggol East Bulletin March 2015 Welcome! Meet-the-People Session Dear Residents of Punggol East, The new Liquor Control Act will take effect from 1st April 2015. We have often received feedback about people loitering at void decks with liquor and subsequently littering and urinating at the common areas. How can this new Act help address this concern? This Bill seeks to establish a tribunal to hear difficult cases of dispute between neighbours after efforts such as community mediation have been exhausted.
