Construction on 81 Physicians of Linn Cnty, PLC The construction project on Mercy’s 8th Floor (Zone 81/Flex Unit) is well underway. Renovations include two new units: a new home for the Pediatric Inpatient Center and a flex unit (General Inpatient Center) for inpatient overflow when the hospital is at peak capacity. Patient rooms will be updated with new wall coverings, new color schemes and reupholstered furniture, among other changes.
