We thank the Lackagh Men’s Shed group most sincerely for the beautiful crib they made and donated to the parish. It is placed the entrance porch of the Parish Centre. Go raibh mile maith agaibh. Annual Live Crib Claregalway and District Day Care Centre wish to welcome young and old to 2nd Annual Live Crib in marquee outside day centre premises in the village this Sunday from 4pm, drop by for a while to see the animals keep our guest Holy Families company in the Crib. Join in the live music from local artists and visit the centre and have a cuppa with us. All welcome back to Centre for grand finale after Church Carol Service is over to relive the wonder of the first Christmas under the star.

Foróige Cake Sale: Lackagh Foróige Club will hold their Annual Cake Sale THIS Saturday 16th after 7:30pm Mass, and on Sunday 17th after 11:30am Mass in Social Centre. A donation will be made to the “ Dogs for the Disabled” association afterwards . All donations greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Turloughmore Club will mark the outstanding successes of the Galway Senior and Minor hurling Teams THIS Sunday 17th of December at the GAA centre in Lackagh at 4pm. Pride of place will go to Daithi Burke, and Sean Loftus (Seniors), Conor Walsh & Daniel Loftus (Minors) and Senior Coach who will all be in attendance. The Liam McCarthy & Irish Press Cups along with League and Leinster Trophies will also be present with the lads.
