Cemetery Collection: Thank you to all who have contributed towards the continued upkeep of both graveyards. If you wish to contribute you can place your contribution in an envelope (with or without your name) and mark your envelope ‘Cemetery Donation’. Last Weekend Collection for the upkeep of the church, grounds and the parish amounted to €2,160 which included envelopes from Claregalway In the interest of security we had been advised not to list the weekly takings in the church at weekends, but, people have requested that we still continue do so. Priests Summer dues collection: 289 contributions in total returned. Community bus will be available to travel to Knock next Sunday for Grandparents Pilgrimage (numbers permitting). Should anyone wish to travel 087 613 54 16 to reserve a seat which must be booked by Tuesday in order to finalise if bus has sufficient numbers to travel. Grandparents National Annual Pilgrimage takes place on Sunday 10th September in Knock Shrine commencing at 2.30pm.
