Herb, Garlic and Parmesan Popcorn 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon dried basil 2/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, more if desired Popcorn kernels In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, or margarine, and garlic powder.
