Welcome to DC School of Management & Technology (DCSMAT) - an alma mater which has been instrumental in carving out some of the best managers in Vagamon during last 18 years of its existence. This prospectus is a guide to applicants who intend to enter our hallowed portals in 2020 for pursuing an MBA programme at DCSMAT. Although the information provided in this prospectus is up to date, it is subject to change from time to time. Course Management System DCSMAT adopted Moodle, the open-source Course Management System in 2004 for making the various courses spread over different programs available to the student population via. the medium of the web. The activities supported by Moodle include online submission of assignments, online quizzes, course wikis, forums, chats, and many others

Interactive Video-Based Teaching DCSMAT provides state of the art video-based teaching facilities to our students. This gives them an opportunity to interact with national and international academicians, corporate leaders & industry experts without moving out of the campus. This facility is also used for conducting campus selection interviews by prospective employers.

Personality Development and Placement Training DCSMAT is a pioneer in providing personality development and soft-skills training. Breakfast with CEO Breakfast with CEO is a programme introduced by DCSMAT to facilitate interactive learning from interactions with leaders in business and industry. Through this pro- gramme, DCSMAT invites CEOs and other top executives to our campuses to interact with them informally.

Corporate Relations and Placements Corporate relations of our college headed by a Director, is a proof of our commitment to corporate involvement in training and development of our students. Our placement wing provides support for the placement activities in the campus.

14 Eligibility Norms

A bachelor’s degree of a minimum of three years’ duration or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university & 50% marks in aggregate is required apart from a valid score in CMAT or CAT or KMAT-Kerala. Candidates completing their final year degree exam latest by 15 September 2020 are also eligible to apply, provided they secure the requisite percentage of marks. Students aspiring to get admission in DCSMAT MBA programme should qualify in CMAT or CAT or KMAT-Kerala with minimum cut off marks as prescribed by ASC & University regulation ie 15% for General Category, 10% for SCBC and 7.5% for SC/ST

. Admission Procedure

The selection process includes scores obtained in aptitude test and the marks scored in Group Discussion and Personal Interview. A student meeting the eligibility criteria has to apply online only through online application module given in web site. Eligible students will be called for appearing in Personal Interview which will be conducted by DCSMAT.

Application Procedure

The mode of submission of application is only through online. On successful submission of online application, the candidate will get an acknowledgment. Application fee is Rs 800/-. Rules & Regulations

Students upon admission to a course offered by DCSMAT will have to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated by the Institution for the students.

1. Students enrolled in a course offered by DCSMAT are required to sign an undertaking at the time of commencement of the academic year consenting to abide by the rules, regulations and the code of conduct of DCSMAT.

2. This prospectus is a guide to applicants who intend to enter the school in 2020-22 for pursuing DCMSAT management programme. If applicants require further information or confirmation on any matter, they should write to the Admissions Officer of the School

As is mandatory for all technical institutions or affiliated colleges of universities underguidelines of AICTE, ragging is totally banned in DCSMAT campus. The college campus strictly followthe rules laid out for anti ragging by UGC&AICTE and any one found to be indulging in or guilty ofragging and/or abetting ragging is liable to be punished as per the rules.
