Welcome and thank you for volunteering to support your community and serve as a Precinct Board Member on Election Day. The City of Los Angeles greatly appreciates your participation. We look forward to an exciting election season and hope that you will find this experience rewarding and one you would like to repeat.

This booklet is organized by scheduled workshop dates, times and locations. All workshops will last approximately two hours, with the trainers and assistants being available after class to answer any questions and to provide additional assistance, if needed.

Please read the following information prior to attending your workshop:

. Reservations are required. Please call (866) 899-8683 and select “Option 2” for reservations.

. Please DO NOT call any of the training locations for information. For training location information call (866) 899-8683 and select “Option 2”.

. If you arrive late you will have to attend another training session.

. Please bring your Appointment Notice with you to the Workshop to help ensure confirmation of your attendance for payment processing.

. Parking is available at each location unless otherwise noted. Special instructions and parking information is shown in RED under the class site. Please be alert of street parking restrictions.
