Summary: Police drama set in contemporary . “Dirty Harry” Callahan (Eastwood) is a San Francisco cop who enjoys taking the law into his own hands. He and his new partner Kate Moore (Daly) uncover a terrorist organization (which has recruited Vietnam veterans) with plans to extort millions from the city. The terrorists kidnap the mayor of San Francisco but Callahan and Moore track them to deserted Alcatraz Island where the final confrontation takes place.
