Second and third prizes of £100 and £50 respectively will complete the major awards. Generous cash prizes have been awarded in the preliminary contests, and each of today's finalists failing to win one of the three main awards will receive a consolation prize of £10. The total prize fund in this greatest of all bathing beauty competitions is almost £2,000. All the visiting finalists have been invited to spend the week of the Grand Final as guests of the Morecambe Bay Holiday Camp Ltd., and their travelling expenses have been borne by the Corporation of Morecambe and Heysham. The finalists thus enjoy an additional prize—a healthy, happy holiday. He later became cashier in a burlesque theatre. LOU COSTELLO, the little round fat one, was originally a prize fighter, and after several different jobs he bought a second-hand car with his savings and set ott tor Hollywood. His first job was as a stunt man, and in one film he had to double tor Dolores Del Rio, jumping from the second story window of a burning building, e landed in a hospital bed and that was the end of his career as a stunt man.
