The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says the crash hap- pened Sunday night. The Ledger of Lakeland reports that Linda Hood Mercer was driving a Volkswagen Beetle when her car entered an intersection and was struck by a pickup truck. There were four girls in Mercer’s car. The two 10- year-olds were not wearing seat belts and were killed. A third girl, who also did not wear a seat belt, is in a Tampa hospital with critical injuries. He did everything he could to be a quarterback in the NFL, but it’s a position that requires a certain skill set. Tebow didn’t have the accuracy in his arm, and quarterbacks who run aren’t valued in the NFL unless they can throw, too.
