MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE SELECT COMMITTEE OF RAJYA SABHA ON THE INSURANCE LAWS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2008

SHRI to move the following Motion:— “That Shri V.P. Singh Badnore and Shri Rangasayee Ramakrishna, Members Rajya Sabha, be appointed to the Select Committee on Insurance Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2008, to fill the vacancies caused by resignations of Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda and Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi from the membership of the Select Committee.” ————

MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PRESENTATION OF THE REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE OF RAJYA SABHA ON THE INSURANCE LAWS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2008

SHRI to move that the Bill further to The Labour Laws amend the Labour Laws (Exemption from Furnishing Returns and Maintaining (Exemption from Registers by certain Establishments) Act, 1988, be taken into consideration. Furnishing Returns and Maintaining ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. Registers by certain Establishments) Amendment Bill, 2011.

3. SHRI BANDARU DATTATREYA to move that the Bill further to The Apprentices amend the Apprentices Act, 1961, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into (Amendment) Bill, consideration. 2014.
