Assemble the two OUTER hitch braces to the hitch tube using a 1/4" x 1-3/4" (B) hex bolt and a 1/4" nylock hex nut (C). DO NOT TIGHTEN YET. Assemble the flow control mounting tube to the hitch tube using two 5/16" x 1-3/4" hex bolts (A) and 5/16" nylock hex nuts (D). DO NOT TIGHTEN YET. See figure 7. 10.
