▪ Low temperatures affected 2020 crop deeply + Loss of raw material to fresh fruit market – 55.000 tons / smallest crop last 10 years. ▪ Total decrease in volume app 40%. ▪ Considering the shift in size curve to bigger sizes the effect on availability of small sizes, 60/70 and smaller was approximately 70% less! ▪ Things to look at: • Water shortage will be a big factor affecting all crops • Behavior of fresh fruit export market
