Os interessados deverão proceder previamente ao exame dos animais. Caso seja do interesse do vendedor, para evitar muitos exames em seus animais, este poderá requerer junto à ABCPCC ou à PROTURFE, mediante pagamento de taxa, que sejam feitos e disponibilizados vídeos de seus produtos. EXAME PÓS-VENDA – Os compradores terão o prazo de 48 (quarenta e oito) horas úteis para examinar suas compras e apontar, por escrito, dentro deste prazo, à ABCPCC ou à PROTURFE, eventuais problemas constantes da listagem acima. Havendo concordância do criador/vendedor, ficará rescindida a compra efetuada. Não havendo concordância, o caso será decidido pela junta Veterinária indicada pela ABCPCC, composta por 3 (três) médicos-veterinários, e cuja decisão será sempre final. POST-SALE EXAMS – Buyers shall have 48 (forty-eight) working hours term to examine acquired horses and point, in writing, within this term, to ABCPCC and PROTURFE , possible problems listed above, case in which, if there is agreement of the vendor, there will be rescission of the acquisition. If there is NO agreement from the vendor, case will be judged by a Veterinary Commitee designed by ABCPCC, formed by 3 (three) veterinarians, whose decision will be final. ATENÇÃO ! Por se tratar de um serviço de assessoria, pressupõe-se, por parte dos agentes e intermediários, a revisão e o exame prévio dos animais (inclusive radiográficos e endoscópicos), não cabendo pois, junto ao vendedor ou organizador, qualquer tipo de reclamação ou pleito. Eventuais divergências, no caso, deverão ser resolvidas no âmbito do cliente x Intermediário. 4. Os pagamentos das comissões serão feitos através da PROTURFE, mas serão de responsabilidade do vendedor. ART. 4° - É facultado aos interessados fazer examinar, por técnicos de sua confiança, os produtos a serem licitados, antes do Leilão. Portanto, serão inaceitáveis quaisquer reclamações posteriores. ART. 5° - O vendedor e a PROTURFE não se responsabilizarão por quaisquer alterações ocorridas no estado dos animais após a arrematação. Parágrafo único – Os interessados arrematantes tem 48 horas para revisarem os animais ART. 6° - Os animais, após o leilão, deverão ser retirados no prazo de 3 (tres) dias a contar da data da arrematação, exceto as reprodutoras cujos produtos não foram desmamados, cuja data do desmame consta no catálogo. Nestes casos a reprodutora permanecerá no Haras de alojamento, sem custo para o comprador, até o desmame, porém sem nenhuma responsabilidade do vendedor. ART. 7° - O valor dos lances será determinado pelo leiloeiro no início do pregão. ART. 8° - Foram dispensados os necessários cuidados para que o catálogo esteja correto, mas a PROTURFE, o vendedor e o leiloeiro não respondem por possíveis erros ou omissões do mesmo.
