INFORMATION ON BTO FLATS IN FEB 2018 EXERCISE

TAMPINES GREENDEW and GREENFOLIAGE

There are two BTO projects in Tampines Town offered for sale. Tampines GreenDew and Tampines GreenFoliage are bounded by Tampines Street 62 and Tampines North Drive 2. The details are set out in Table A(1)(a).

2 Within these developments, the various publicly accessible roof gardens provide visual green relief and serve as alternative outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy, interact and bond.

3 Residents of both projects will be served by a wide range of facilities in Tampines Regional Centre, where the Tampines MRT station and bus interchange are located. There are plenty of shopping, dining and recreational amenities such as Tampines 1, Tampines Mall, and Century Square (undergoing refurbishment).

4 For leisure, residents can visit Our Tampines Hub, ’s first integrated community and lifestyle hub, which houses a variety of sports facilities such as swimming pools, sports hall, gymnasium, and Tampines Regional Library. Dining options are also available at the hawker centre located conveniently within the Hub. They may also participate in the recreational activities organised by the Tampines North Community Club and Tampines Central Community Complex.

5 To encourage an eco-friendly lifestyle, Tampines GreenDew and Tampines GreenFoliage are designed with several eco-friendly features such as eco-pedestals in bathrooms to encourage water conservation, motion sensor-controlled energy efficient lighting at staircases, and regenerative lifts to reduce energy consumption. A Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System will also provide a cleaner and greener living environment for residents.

TECK WHYE VIEW

6 Teck Whye View is located along Jalan Teck Whye, next to the Delivery Base (Post Office). The details are set out in Table A(1)(b).

7 Within Teck Whye View, the accessible roof garden provides space for the residents to relax, interact and bond. It is also open to the public.

8 Residents of Teck Whye View will be served by Phoenix LRT station, Ten Mile Junction LRT station and Bukit Panjang MRT station, connecting them to MRT station at Choa Chu Kang Town Centre. A wide range of shops and eating outlets is available at Junction 10, Teck Whye Shopping Centre, Keat Hong Shopping Centre and Sunshine Place. Alternatively, the residents may also visit Hillion Mall and Bukit Panjang Plaza in the Bukit Panjang town for more shopping options.

9 For leisure, the residents may visit Chua Chu Kang Community Club or Pang Sua Park Connector, which are located nearby. More amenities are available in Choa Chu Kang Town Centre, such as Choa Chu Kang Community Library and Lot 1 Shoppers’ Mall.

UBI GROVE

11 Ubi Grove is bounded by Ubi Avenue 1, Ubi Avenue 2 and Ubi Road 3. The details are set out in Table A(1)(c).

12 Within Ubi Grove, there are two publicly accessible roof gardens above the MSCPs where residents and the community can enjoy open spaces to relax, interact and bond.

13 The development is served by Ubi MRT station. The nearby HDB neighbourhood centre (NC) at Ubi Avenue 1 provides residents with a variety of food choices, goods and services. Other facilities in town include Joo Chiat Complex, Tanjong Complex, Community Centre, etc.

WOODLANDS GLADE

15 Woodlands Glade is bounded by Woodlands Avenue 9 and Gambas Avenue. The details are set out in Table A(1)(d).

16 Within the development, there is a publicly accessible roof garden where residents and the community can enjoy open space for relaxation, bonding and social interaction.

17 Residents of Woodlands Glade will be served by Admiralty MRT station, linking to the Woodlands MRT station and bus interchange located in the regional centre, where a wide range of facilities and amenities is available, such as shopping and dining options at Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre. In addition, Woodlands Glade will also be served by Woodlands Mart (an HDB neighbourhood centre) and the integrated development, Kampung Admiralty. For leisure and recreation, residents of Woodlands Glade can patronize Woodlands Galaxy Community Club, Woodlands Crescent Park, Woodlands Park Connector, etc.

OPTIONAL COMPONENT SCHEME (OCS) a) 2-room Flexi Flats

19 The 2-room Flexi flats will be available in two sizes, 36 sqm and 45 sqm. All buyers of the 2-room Flexi flats will have the option of flooring (Package 1) and sanitary fittings (Package 2) under the OCS. Elderly buyers of 2-room Flexi flats on short leases who wish to have a flat in a move-in condition can also choose an additional Package 3, see Table A(2) for details. The cost of the optional components will be added to the selling price of the flat. Grab bars will be automatically provided for short-lease 2-room Flexi flats.
