For our International Content Ops department we are recruiting a full-time: Content Operations Coordinator

As a member of the International Content Ops team:

 Be responsible for the coordination and tracking of all phases of the content processing until the final ingestion on the Pluto CMS  Be the main contact with the external sources (Labs and Partners)  Attending onboarding calls with new partners  Attending meetings with internal departments (Programming / Content Partnership / Acquisitions etc)  Coordinate the distribution of task for the QC Specialist  Assist the Manager with day-to-day functions of the department

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English OR German and English  Strong proactive and attentive to the details attitude  Excellent Multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet goals on a very dynamic environment  3 to 5 years of experience on Media industry
