FUTURE STRATEGIC ISSUES In July 2013 a 113 slide power presentation NASA document began circulation on the Internet called Future Strategic Issues/Future Warfare [Circa 2025], It graphically showed application of new technology uses in warfare, and inadvertently the complete domination and control of the human mind. It seems to emphatically indicated the real reason we have not returned to the moon, and how our space programs have been thwarted. NASA has been hijacked by the military industrial complex, and it emphatically explains how this new technology, by decades of experimentation, trials and covert testing, have and will be used on any entity they deem a threat, including Americans. A PRODUCTION OF REMA MARKETING AND WWW.GLOBALREPORT2010.COM ©2014, All rights reserved 4 NASA DISCLOSURES PART 5 – UNDERWORLD PROJECTS The PowerPoint presentation was presented by one of NASA’s chief scientists, Dennis Bushnell from their Langley Research Center back in July 2001, just a couple months before the 9/11 terror attacks. Dennis M. Bushnell is a NASA scientist and lecturer. As Chief Scientist at NASA Langley Research Center, he is responsible for technical oversight and advanced program formulation. His work is focused mainly on new approaches to environmental issues, in particular to climate issues. Bushnell has received numerous awards for his work. There are some aspects of the presentation which have significant potency when you understand the changes taking place due to the evolution of nanotechnology, robotics and genetic engineering. However the constant focus of NASA on nanotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence is not something to be deemed as coincidence. For instance you may not have heard the term “nanotechnology,” but the chances are you use several nanotech products every day without realizing it. First outlined as a concept in 1959, nanotechnology involves the manipulation of matter at the molecular level, yielding materials that take on very different, sometimes amazing qualities. This technology is now used in hundreds of everyday consumer products, in everything from smart-phone touch screens to clothing. So it should be no surprise that the U.S. military has for years been studying ways to use nanotechnology to its advantage. Some nanotech products, such as better protective vests for soldiers, are already on the battlefield. Protecting soldiers in combat while maintaining their mobility is a big concern for military leaders and nanotechnology has already produced lighter, stronger body armor. The newest generation of Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV) can stop rifle rounds and shrapnel more effectively, yet is 3 pounds lighter than vests manufactured just a decade ago. Nanocomp Technologies Inc. is manufacturing an ultra-thin material from carbon nanotubes. Nanocomp says that 100 sheets of this material, which resembles carbon paper, has the thickness of a few business cards, but can stop a 9mm bullet. Future vests will likely do much more than stop projectiles. The U.S. military has partnered with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), through the Institute for Soldier Nanotechnologies, to develop vests that may be as light as spandex, but can also monitor a soldier’s health, help compress wounds and administer first-aid drugs, and immediately sense and react to chemical and biological threats. However the use of nanotechnology can extend far beyond just protective clothing and to actual nano- substances that can be placed into our internal systems. One of the foremost of these is nanoblood, also known as respirocytes. The respirocyte was developed by nano-theorist Robert Freitas and essentially acts as a super-blood cell. It is an artificial, nano-engineered substance that functions like a red blood cell but also gives its host superior abilities because it is made of pure diamond, which enables it to withstand unnaturally high pressure. It has been estimated that because of the superior performance made possible by its rigid diamond shell, 5 cubic millimeters of respirocytes could replace all the blood in your body. Those 5 cubic millimeters would also do a better job than your 5.6 liters. Putting large amounts of respirocytes into the body would enable you to hold your breath for hours or sprint for 15 minutes straight. It can improve any natural human function a million times over, extending our ability to see, smell, react, stay awake, and reproduce. While this may seem fantastic at first to some people and indeed, the military finds it particularly fascinating it ultimately could result in massive problems for the human race. There are preliminary indications that injecting an organism with respirocytes causes hereditary changes and may even magnify the supernatural abilities in its offspring. You would therefore be creating a generation of supercharged, out-of-control creatures. Tampering with human beings in this manner gives rise to so many ethical violations that it becomes impossible to list them all. The military has already anticipated implementing a systematic widespread injection of respirocytes into their soldiers at some point between 2015 and 2025, but doctors anticipate that these artificial blood cells could cause overheating and possibly even bio-breakdowns. It also appears that nanoblood, when excreted through the bodily system, has a negative impact on the environment. We are on the verge of life-changing discoveries, but whether these are for the betterment of society may be entirely up to how responsible our nanotechnology decisions are. How interesting is it that NASA is at the forefront of discovery when it comes to the application of these technologies. For instance NASA has been committing significant futuristic research efforts in regards regard to shape-shifting airplanes. NASA's Morphing program makes extensive use of nanotechnology, for instance by developing electroactive polymers to improve sensing and actuation Research on carbon-based nanomaterials as well as nanosensors has been one of the key focus areas of the NASA Ames Center for Nanotechnology. The center, established in 1996, was already churning out scientific papers (so far it has published over 350 nanotechnology related papers) by the time the National Nanotechnology Initiative (NNI) was created in 2001. In 2010, the agency drafted a 20-year Nanotechnology Roadmap as part of its integrated Space Technology Roadmap. According to this document, nanotechnology can have a broad impact on NASA missions, with benefits principally in four areas: Reduced Vehicle Mass: Replacement of conventional aerospace materials (composites and metals) with advanced composites derived from durable nanoporous matrixes and low density high strength and/or stiffness fibers can reduce aircraft and spacecraft component weight by one-third. Additional weight savings can be realized by replacing heavy copper wiring, which accounts for 4000 lb of weight on a Boeing 747 and about one-third of the weight of large satellites, with low density carbon nanotube wiring cables. Use of structural aerogel insulation in place of multilayer insulation (MLI) for cryotanks can eliminate the need for external foam insulation and the associated parasitic weight and production costs.
