The Gluten Free Diet The Gluten-Free Diet A gluten­free diet means avoiding all foods that contain , rye, barley, and oats (grain, , cereal, and many processed foods). Despite these restrictions, people with can eat a well­balanced diet with a variety of foods, including and pasta.
