Elizabeth Comegys brings more than a decade of business ownership and management experience to our north Louisiana real estate marketplace. In the early 2000s, Elizabeth successfully licensed the name Imelda’s Fine Shoes from the original owners in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, and opened her store as a premiere ladies shoe, clothing and accessories boutique. During her retail years, Elizabeth keenly searched out the latest trends and styles for her customers, ran the day to day operations of the retail business, managed employees, and maintained great customer relations with her clients. The skills of expert customer service, business management, price negotiations and leadership have positioned Elizabeth to be an exceptional commercial real estate professional. A professional dedicated to meeting her clients’ needs!

Elizabeth sold her business and capitalized on her sweat equity and business savvy at a time when she needed to spend some time at home with her small children. She took a couple of years off.

When ready to re-enter the workforce, Elizabeth accepted the position of Development and Special Events Manager, Sci-Port: Louisiana’s Science Center. During her time with Sci-Port she was heavily involved in fund raising and public relations which reached into all continuums and people within the community and the state of Louisiana.

Positioned with the skills garnished from her years in business, she seized an opportunity to join Vintage Realty Company as a commercial real estate agent in June of 2016.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a Master’s in Business Administration and she also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University.

For the past fifteen years, Elizabeth has been very involved in various aspects of community service serving on many committees and boards. She is truly dedicated to giving back to our wonderful community of Shreveport-Bossier City and is always volunteering or working towards the betterment of the region. She regularly volunteers at St. Mark’s Cathedral School, Shreveport-Bossier Opera Guild, GREAT through the Arc of Caddo-Bossier, and as an Ark-La-Tex Ambassador. Elizabeth is the mother to two wonderful children, Duke and Francie and together they enjoy traveling and spending time at Caddo Lake.
