3. Fund will be released on the basis of actual work order value after completion of the tender procedure & successful delivery of furniture at respective Programme Study Centres. 4. The procurement process will be completed within 15 days from the issuance of the order-in this regard. 5. Senior Accounts Officer, National Health Mission will be the drawing and disbursing officer in this respect after submission of requisition of fund by concerned district.
6. The expenditure shall be booked in the FMR &: will be submitted to this end in due course after release of fund. 7. The charge is debitable from 2019;2020 Flexi- Pool under the head of accounts "Bridge Course /Training on Standard Treatment Protocols" [FMR Code -B.30.l0.l]
