These nouns form part of the lexico-semantic system of Ukrainian and at the same time demonstrate its continuous dynamics. These neo-derivatives are actively used in modern Ukrainian media texts, contributing to the modernization and liberalization of the text, and to the creation of gender-linguistic balance. The need to involve feminitives in linguistic use is indicated by their codification in the new Ukrainian Orthography, although in previous editions they were ignored. These arguments and the focus on the idea of bilateral interpretation (semantics as dominant and formal), including in the context of anthropocentrism and active communication, form the basis for the development of the functional-cognitive category of femininity. Research into derivatology and semantic syntax make it possible to consider feminine personal nouns as elements with certain semantic-syntactic features, representing a profound and comprehensive aspect of the research.

The review of Ukraine was held at the 15th meeting, on 15 November 2017. The delegation of Ukraine was headed by the Deputy Minister of Justice for European Integration, Sergiy Petukhov. At its 18th meeting, held on 17 November 2017, the Working Group adopted the report on Ukraine. 2. On 13 February 2017, the Human Rights Council selected the following group of rapporteurs (troika) to facilitate the review of Ukraine: Georgia, Netherlands and Rwanda. 3. Bildung und Wissenschaft Informationszentrum ⚫ Lektorate Die Ukraine ist Teil des Bolognaraums, das System und die Dozentenschaft sind allerdings post- sowjetisch geprägt. Unter Serhii Kvit (DAAD-Alumnus), dem ersten Bildungsminister nach der soge- nannten Revolution der Würde auf dem Maidan, wurde ein ehrgeiziges Hochschulreformprogramm begonnen: ein wichtiger Meilenstein ist das Hochschulreformgesetz vom 1. Juli 2014. Dessen Aus- richtung wurde mit den Änderungen zum Hochschulgesetz vom 18.12.2019 noch einmal verstärkt. In wie weit die im Folgenden skizzierten Änderungen realisiert werden können, ist angesichts der wirtschaftlichen Schwierigkeiten, die auf die Ukraine im Rahmen der Corona-Krise zukommen, frag- lich. Während der Amtszeit von Liliia Hrynevych von April 2016 bis Juli 2019 lag der Schwerpunkt stark auf dem Schulbereich. Dies änderte sich nach den Parlamentswahlen vom Sommer 2019, in der die Partei des amtierenden Präsidenten Volodymyr Selenkyi, Sluga narodu (Diener des Volkes), die absolute Mehrheit gewann. Zur Bildungsministerin wurde Hanna Novosad ernannt, die im Alter von 29 Jahren bereits über fünf Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Bildungsministerium verfügte. Das Portfolio Hochschulen übernahm als Stellvertretender Minister Yegor Stadnyi, der eine sehr intensive Öffent- lichkeitsarbeit betrieb. Während Hanna Novosad Anfang März aus Protest gegen die einschneiden- den Kabinettsumbildungen ihr Amt niederlegte, blieb Yegor Stadnyi in seiner Position. Eine Ge- schäftsführende Ministerin wurde Ende Juni von Serhii Shkarlat, dem Rektor der Technologischen Universität Tscherniwzi, abgelöst. Die Besetzung ist zum Abschluss des Sachstandes extrem um- stritten, die Academic Community wirft ihm Plagiat, Korruption und mangelnde Reformbereitschaft vor. Da offensichtlich war, dass eine Zustimmung im Parlament nicht zu erreichen war, wurde er in einer geschlossenen Sitzung der Regierung ernannt und kann damit, wie seine Vorgängerin, auch nur geschäftsführend sein.
