He was Vincent van Gogh, Jesus and the Antichrist and he IS one of the best actor´s ever. I met the true gentleman for the first time at the Berlinale in 1999 for an interview on "Existence" (directed by David Cronenberg) and now again on Abel Ferrara's new masterpiece "Siberia", where Willem plays with many huskies.
