The report outlines what has been another very hectic yet successful year for our Tri NZ and the sport of triathlon generally. Our new CEO Craig Waugh has transitioned very effectively into the organisation and his team continues working extremely hard to meet the performance targets they have developed. It’s been a good year during which I have learnt plenty and we have managed to deliver some great results in some challenging times. In my initial four months I attempted to undertake 144 face to face introductions, I think I made it to around 120.
