I have been particularly pleased from an organisational aspect with the activities of your Junior Council, of the Executive Committee and of the various Junior councils - within the State. The camps for both Under 17's and Under 15's, the selection process and J the Championships were all excellent and whilst our results for Under 17's were not what we would have wished, the Under 15's really did produce some great football. I have no doubt we will be seeing more of many of those players in future senior football. My biggest disappointment over the past two years has been that the overall administration of the game in NSW has left a lot to be desired - the NSW AFL has not operated efficiently and no leadership or guidance .
