He went 4-7 in 25 games – 13 starts – for Wisconsin in 2013. Gainey walked 51 and struck out 70 in 98-2/3 innings. THE PATRIOT: Gainey was a starter in his sophomore season with the Midshipmen and went 3-3 with a 3.25ERA. He earned second team HEY NOW, YOU’RE AN ALL-STAR: Gainey pitched a scoreless, All-Patriot League honors last season.
