The property benefits from both morning and afternoon sun. The apartment is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. There is a well maintained communal pool with a large sun-bathing area. San Pedro town is within a 10 minute walk. The area is very flat and local bike hire can be arranged. The beautiful beaches of both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean are easily accessible. The protected nature reserve "Las Salinas de San Pedro" with it's resident flamingos is right on your doorstep. Just relax! Check out: flexible (depending on availability). Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, double fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, security safe, full length mirror. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Both wardrobes have plenty of hangers! Bathrooms: Good sized bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c., basin and bidet. Well lit vanity mirror. Kitchen: Our kitchen has a cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Melamine plates etc. for outside dining or for the little ones to use. Utility Room: Washing machine. Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room: Comfortable double sofa bed, Dining table and chairs, television, growing selection of reading books! Cleaning/towels/ Linen and bath towels are provided. Property is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, linen/maid service: with clean bedding on beds. Mid-stay cleans can be arranged and also paid for locally. Beach towels are not provided. Notes on accommodation Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms (hot + cold) - suitable for winter breaks as well. Baby equipment hire can be arranged if needed (paid locally). Various welcome packs can be arranged, this is especially beneficial if you have a later arrival time. Local bike hire can be arranged, prior to your arrival, again paid locally. This is a no smoking property, although there are plenty of outside spaces, should you wish to do so. Pets may be allowed at the owners discretion. Outside Large front garden has a raised extended terrace, balustraded for safety. Outdoor patio furniture and two sun- loungers. The large well maintaied communal pool area has plenty of space to relax in, it is planted with trees. This is gated and locked for use of residents and tennants only. Coast/Beach Both the gentle waters of the Mar Menor or slightly rougher waters of the Mediterranean are just minutes away: Mar Menor - 5 minutes in car 25 minutes gentle stroll. Mediterranean beaches closest 5 minutes in car, 30 minutes walk through the sand dunes of the local nature reserve. The beautiful beaches of El Mojón and Pilar de la Horadada are also within easy reach. Golf There are numerous prestige golf courses within the local area, we have noted many of them in our information pack, within the apartment. Travel Nearest airport is Murcia - a 15 minute drive along the AP7 motorway, or 20 minutes along the N332, main road. Alicante airport also services this area but is about an hours drive away, along the motorway. To fully appreciate this area car hire is recommended although not essential. Distances San Pedro/Lo Pagán 10-20 minutes away (walking) Cartagena 30 minutes by car. Torrevieja 20 minutes by car. Murcia 40 minutes by car. Two very safe cycle tracks run to Lo Pagán beaches and the newly renovated port area of San Pedro del Pinatar. Further details San Pedro is a beautiful coastal resort with a distinctly Spanish feel. It has numerous local shops, restaurants, traditional tapas bars and cafés, it also has a beautiful traditional old town square, complete with whitewashed church. There is a lively fun-fare for all age groups, which runs throughout the summer season by the marina of Lo Pagán. The recently restored Port area of San Pedro is a tranquil area to visit, even if it is just to admire the boats moored up! There is an English supermarket a mere 5 minutes walk away, where UK newspapers can be Bought and also ordered. Scuba diving, sailing, cycling and horseback riding is available locally. We have an extensive welcome pack in the apartment guiding to local areas, events etc. Booking notes £75 (100 euros) non refundable deposit required at time of booking with remainder being due 6 weeks before departure date. Booking will be confirmed once initial deposit has been received. £100 (150 euros) refundable security deposit to be added to holiday price, which will be returned after post holiday inspection by local agent. Booking form will be sent at initial enquiry stage. Lost keys are subject to a 75 euros fee payable locally if needed.
