Los 'Majors', asociación que agrupa a seis de los grandes maratones mundiales (Tokio, Boston, Chicago, Nueva York, Berlín y Londres), anunciaron en un comunicado la financiación de un programa antidopaje "revolucionario" por parte de la AIU, con una "política de controles basada en las investigaciones y la información".
