CORTLAND Coaching Staff Joe Baldarotta Head Coach Joe Baldarotta was named the men’s ice hockey head coach at SUNY Cortland in June 2007 after coaching for 16 years at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. During Baldarotta’s tenure at Cortland, the Red Dragons featured their first-ever four-time All-SUNY- AC selection and have had two players move into the top 15 in career scoring.
