Aug. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- PatriaPet, LLC; a premier manufacturer of pet products that celebrate heritage will return to Budd Lake, New Jersey to take part in this year's Scandinavian Festival. Dog owners who trace their roots back to Norway and Sweden can visit the PatriaPet booth and celebrate their heritage by purchasing PatriaPet’s Norwegian or Swedish dog products. The festival marks the debut of PatriaPet’s newest Nordic Nation design, Denmark. Samples of the Denmark flag designed products will be on display and visitors can pre-order their dog collars and leashes to be shipped to them. “We are very happy to once again be taking part in this Scandinavian Festival,” says PatriaPet owner and President, Jorge Gutierrez. “Norway and Sweden were both highly requested designs, ones that we added during our second year. This year, we are thrilled to be able to offer Denmark to those that requested it. People are so excited to see the Norway and Sweden flag design on our products, we are sure that our newest design for Denmark will be well-received.” The largest Nordic festival on the East coast, ScanFest is an all-day outdoor event celebrating the food, crafts, arts, traditions and current life of the Nordic countries of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden from 10 AM to 6 PM on the Sunday of Labor-Day weekend, Sunday, September 5. Visit www.ScanFest.org for more information on vendors, performers and program updates. Each adjustable PatriaPet collar comes in small, medium and large and embodies the design of a specific country’s flag in bold and brilliant colors. The high quality PatriaPet collars contain a black ionized nickel d-ring, a heavy duty black buckle, strap lock and strap keeper. PatriaPet dog collars and leashes are manufactured from 100% polyester webbing. Polyester webbing is highly mold and mildew resistant. The webbing also dries more quickly than other collar materials. The majority of dog collars available today are made of nylon. Decorated nylon collars are traditionally embellished with sewn-on or glued-on ornamentation which can become frayed or fall off through the life of the collar. Printing on nylon material is normally achieved using superficial printing methods which can rub or fade off as well. The highly durable polyester webbing material found in PatriaPet collars and leashes can withstand a high heat printing process known as dye sublimation. The dye sublimation process permanently infuses various national flag-inspired designs on both sides of the webbing and will not run or fade. Unlike jacquard looming processes which cannot duplicate fine details of flag emblems – dye sublimation printing can print the smallest emblem detail while maintaining the authentic look of the flag‘s design.
