Paramedic Kevin Holdredge and Advance EMT Justin Martineau responded immediately. They were joined on scene by Fire Chief Robert Vezina and EMT Wayne Meattey. It was soon apparent to the responders that Mrs. Hoenig was facing a profoundly life-threatening medical emergency and needed to be transported to the hospital. Although a very serious situation, the incident proceeded normally until ap- proximately five minutes before arriving at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. It was then Mrs. Hoenig stated she had “funny feeling" and of being lightheaded. Soon after, she became unresponsive with no pulse.
