What are the dates and times of the match?

• The Ireland v South Africa T20’s will take place on the 22/24 July 2021. • The gates will open at 3pm and the matches will commence at 4pm. • There will be a scheduled change of innings will be for 20 mins. • The gates will close at 45mins after final ball

Where is the event taking place? • This event will take place in Stormont Ground, Belfast, .

How do I get there? • Enter via Newtownards Road to onsite parking - See Cricket Ireland Signage

Is there parking available at the event?

• Free parking will be available on site (Enter via Newtownards Road)

What can I bring to the Match? • A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, rainwear, woolly jumper/fleece and, of course, your ticket and a mask (To be worn at all times at the ground) • Bring enough cash and/or a cash card (keep it safe!) – We do not have any cash machines on site. The onsite club bar and concession stands will accept cash payments. • You will also need ID if you want to buy alcohol. • Medication - If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. We are not doctors, please be understanding if we question what you’re bringing in as it is important to prevent drugs getting into the event.

What security measures are in place at the Match? • There will be dedicated event security at the match with security at the entrances and around the ground in key areas. • Security personnel will be performing bag searches at the entrance

Do not bring: • Alcohol or illegal substances, if found with these you will be evicted from site. • Standard compact cameras will be permitted, though you will not be able to take in a camera with a lens longer than 6 inches. Video cameras are not permitted on site. Mobile phones that take video are permitted. • No Glass bottles or metal containers. • Pyrotechnics or fireworks, flares or smoke bombs. • Tables; including stools, floor seating and shooting sticks; gazebos and parasols. • The Event Authority reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying any items or substances that may be deemed offensive, disruptive or dangerous or likely to infringe any party’s rights, safety or security or any other dangerous article not referred to above.

Is there a cash machine in the ground? • There is no cash machine or cash back facilities on site. • Card payments will be allowed at the ground.

Can I bring food and drink into the ground? • You can take snacks and soft drinks into the match but please be aware this has to fit into an A4 size bag. • Please don’t bring any alcohol or glass containers/bottles of any sort.

Can I smoke inside the ground? • There is a No Smoking policy within the seating areas, please respect your fellow spectators. There is a designated smoking area in the concession area

Can I purchase alcohol on site? • Yes, there will be drink sold at the ground. There will be a collection point where you will be able to pay for and collect your drinks • You may be asked for ID if purchasing alcohol at the bar so please bring either a passport/photocard or age card. • Please adhere to social distancing while queueing for your drinks • Cricket Ireland reserve the right to close the bar to the public at any time, if it deems there are safety or security concerns or the operation of the bar creates a risk to public health • There will be limits on the number of drinks each person can purchase

What Corporate Packages are available for the Match? • There are no corporate packages available for this match.

Where can you purchase tickets for the Ireland v South Africa matches? • Tickets are sold out. There will be no tickets available at the ground

Can you collect tickets on the day of the Match? • No, there will be no ticket collections at this event due to COVID restrictions.

Do Junior Ticket Holders need to be accompanied? • Yes, all children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and remain the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian throughout.

Does my baby/toddler require a ticket? • Yes, all entrants to the ground require a ticket. Please note there is no specific buggy park area.

How can l purchase a Disabled Access Tickets?

• There are no disabled tickets as there are no stands in place for the series vs South Africa

What is the refund policy?

For T20s - In the event that the match is affected by weather, 100% refund of the purchase price will be made in the event when less than 5.5 overs have been played. In no other circumstances can money be refunded. The refund policy outlined above does not apply for lost or unused tickets. • Ticket holders who have purchased their tickets by credit or debit card will receive a credit for the purchase price within 5-10 working days.

Where are my seats? • This match is general admission seating which means you are free to sit in any of the designated seating areas • There is no assigned seating so this will operate on a first come, first served basis (Chairs will be left out for you).

What are the safety procedures at the Event? • In the event of an emergency it may be necessary to evacuate the ground. Please listen to PA announcements and follow the direction of the Stewards in your area. • Please do not leave your bags unattended in any part of the ground. • We would like to remind all fans that entry on to the pitch before, during and following a match is strictly forbidden. Any entry on to the pitch is thus entirely at your own risk. According to the maximum extent permitted by the law, Cricket Ireland will not be liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from such entry • Racist abuse and other gratuitously offensive abuse toward players, officials and other spectators are not part of the game and will attract the attention of Stewarts and the PSNI and will result in ejection from the ground.

What are the Covid Procedures at the event?

- Mask protocol - Masks must be worn at all times on site (Except when eating/drinking). - Handsanistiser stations - Please use the hand sanitiser that will be provided for you at the ground. - Social distancing - Please adhere to the social distancing measures at the ground. - Pod rules and regulations - There is a maximum number of two adults per pod. A pod may accommodate one adult and two children (under 16) - Please always follow covid signage and rules/regs around the ground. - All spectators must agree to and adhere to the Covid Code of Conduct - All spectators will be required to complete a COVID health check form within 24 hours before the attend the event - Spectators must complete Contact tracing form once they reach their seating zone (see QR code signage at your zone)

Are there Baby changing facilities on site? • There will be disabled access Portaloos which will also function as baby changing units. These will be clearly marked on the day.

Can I bring my dog? • Only guide dogs will be permitted on site.
