2018-2019 Annual Report The FUHS Foundation is dedicated to supporting programs that benefit more than 10,000 students in the Fremont Union High School District. Areas of focus: Academic Enrichment, Student Support Services, College and Career Readiness. From the Foundation Board Thanks to our generous parents, community members, corporate sponsors and volunteers, the Foundation was able to grant $365,000 in 2018-2019 to the school district supporting various programs at our five high schools: Cupertino HS, Fremont HS, Homestead HS, Lynbrook HS, and Monta Vista HS. Our partnership with FUHSD enables us to work together towards excellence and equity. Superintendent Polly Bove’s Message The FUHS Foundation supports additional opportunities for our students and enhances the educational experience offered at our five comprehensive high schools. The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by the Foundation Board is truly remarkable. As an all-volunteer organization, the Foundation has worked diligently to ensure that more dollars are flowing directly to students in our music, theater, athletics, journalism, FBLA, robotics and STEM programs. The Foundation also provides generous grants to our teachers, helping them to further enrich the classroom experience for all students.
