[English] Prayer It is my belief and that of many of my colleagues that the Government of Canada must continue to recognize the important PRIVATE MEMBERS' BUSINESS role that co-operatives and mutuals play in the Canadian economy and ensure that the sector continues to thrive. There have been some Ï (1105) efforts to recognize that today's co-operative sector is as diverse and [English] innovative as the economy itself. However, these efforts have not been sufficient.
