  • Ein Absolutes Zuckerverbot Für Diabetiker
    Ein absolutes Zuckerverbot für Diabetiker ist nach heutigem Wissensstand nicht mehr erforderlich, da zahlreiche Studien belegen, daß sogenannte Diabetikerlebensmittel (Diabetikerkekse, Diabetikerschokolade,....) als Ersatz von herkömmlichen Süßspeisen keine Verbesserung der Stoffwechsellage bringen. Zumindest Produkte, die anstelle von normalem Haushaltszucker Fruchtzucker bzw. Zuckeraustauschtoffe enthalten, werden allgemein in einer gesunden Ernährung bei Diabetes nicht mehr empfohlen. Wo möglich, sollte zwar zum Süßen künstlicher Süßstoff genommen werden, denn dieser muß nicht berechnet werden und hat auch keine Kalorien. Das heißt jene Diabetikerprodukte, welche anstelle von Zucker mit Süßstoff gesüßt sind, wie z.B. Diabetikerfruchtjoghurt, light-Getränke,... sind auf jeden Fall anstatt normal gezuckerter Produkte zu bevorzugen. Die folgende BE-Tabelle gibt einen Überblick, wieviel man nun wirklich für die „Lieblingsnascherei“ berechnen muß. Da die BE-Angaben zum Teil gerundet sind, ist die Tabelle nicht absolut genau, was aber im Alltag eigentlich keine Rolle spielen dürfte. Wichtig ist nur, daß der Blutzucker trotzdem unter Kontrolle bleibt, daher empfiehlt es sich, nach dem (erstmaligen) Genuß die Wirkung in Bezug auf den BZ zu überprüfen.
