Notice is hereby given that the Department for Regional Development made the following and on 21 st February 2000: Orders - Cycle Tracks (Downhill, Portrush and Portstewart) Order () 2000 (S.R. 2000 No. 15) on 18th February 2000: which will come into operation on 3rd April 2000.The effect of the Order is to introduce two-way cycle Loading Bays on Roads (Goods Vehicles) (Omagh) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 (S.R. tracks on parts of the footways of Mussenden Road, Downhill; and to introduce a cycle route between 2000 No. 12) which will come into operation on 13 March 2000. The Order authorises as Portrush and Portstewart in the form of cycle tracks on parts of the northern footway of Dhu Varren, parking places in Omagh part of the north side of High Street, part of the south side of Portrush, the northern footway of Ballyreagh Road from Portrush to Portstewart, and the southern High Street, part of the north side of Market Street and part of the east side of Scarffe's footway of Portrush Road, Portstewart. Springwell Drive, Groomsport; Union Bridge, Lisburn; Brook Street, Campsie Road, Castle Street, Church Street North, Church Street South, Cunningham Terrace, Drumragh Control of Traffic (Bangor) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 (S.R. 2000 No. 22) which will come into Avenue, Foundry Lane, Johnston Park, Market Place, Market Street, New Brighton operation on 13 March 2000.
